My name is Jenna and I am a clinical psychologist. I completed my undergraduate degree in Chemistry at The University of Birmingham, I then went on to do a conversion course in Psychology. I then moved to London and completed a master’s degree in Mental Health Service and Population Research at The Institute of Psychiatry (part of King’s College London), and after that, I was lucky enough to go on to get my Clinical Doctorate at Salomons.
I grew up in Manchester in a really large, Indian and British family, and when I moved down to London after university I probably had the same idea as lots of other 20-something hopefuls looking for a bit of excitement and a change. I can’t believe I’m still here so many years later – I now live in South East London with my two little boys and my husband, Jordan.
Jordan Vyas-Lee

I’m Jordan. I fully enjoy helping people with psychological problems. In early adulthood, after studying for an Engineering degree I struggled with severe anxiety for a number of years, and eventually stepped forward for professional help. I fully understand how hard it feels to open up – unsure of what therapy involves and what exactly needs to be said; Perhaps even doubting that a therapist might be able to provide solutions.
I’ve since dedicated myself to learning how to provide the highest quality psychological therapy. Putting years of academic learning and professional practice into effect, I’m continually motivated by the idea of providing high quality, current and effective therapy. It’s a vision that I carried in mind throughout undergraduate and postgraduate studies at The University of Birmingham, King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN), and University College London.
Nidhi Parekh
Specialist EMDR Therapist
Nidhi is a highly experienced therapist, specialising in trauma treatment with Kove. Nidhi has assisted with complex trauma problems for over a decade and is trained in attachment informed EMDR. She holds specialist additional expertise in birth trauma and perinatal mental health.
Her integrative approach combines advanced EMDR with a range of trauma-informed modalities. As an EMDR Europe trained practitioner, Nidhi incorporates advanced protocols for complex emotional issues and works through an attachment-informed EMDR lens. All to assist the processing of early relational experiences and support meaningful psychological change for otherwise treatment resistant problems.
Nidhi’s extended practice includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), among other forms. With these modalities delivered with flexibility and with attunement, Nidhi’s clients can process the relational experiences so often disturb sense of self. As a result, Nidhi’s clients develop a more self-compassionate and confident identity.
Nidhi works with a wide range of difficulties, including cPTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, attachment disorders, and so on. With extensive experience across settings, Nidhi brings a history of authenticity, cultural sensitivity, and a strong belief in safe and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Chris Spanton
Specialist Adult EDMR Therapist
Chris Spanton is a European EMDR Association Accredited Practitioner with over 18 years’ experience treating Complex PTSD and related conditions. He has supported thousands of clients with developmental trauma, recurrent depression, psychosexual trauma, addiction, and relational issues. Chris is also an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapist (DIT) trained at the Anna Freud Centre, and a CBT supervisor.
With a background in Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, and Psychosexual Health, he works with both the emotional and physical impacts of trauma, including chronic pain and medically unexplained symptoms. Alongside his work at Kove, Chris practices at a national specialist service for trauma-related physical health conditions.
He has held senior leadership roles, including Clinical Lead at Xyla, the UK’s largest provider of public talking therapies, and lectures on a national postgraduate programme training psychological therapists. His academic training includes King’s College London, UCL, the Anna Freud Centre, and the University of Essex.
Mags Giza
Specialist Adult EDMR Therapist
Mags is a highly trained EMDR therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals to process trauma and navigate complex emotional difficulties. She brings a warm, sensitive, and consistent therapeutic style, combining the latest evidence-based EMDR with a deeply relational approach.
Her practice integrates EMDR, including Attachment-Focused EMDR, alongside experience in CBT and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Mags has a particular interest in supporting individuals affected by narcissistic abuse, recognising its nuanced and lasting impact.
Mags specialises in working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, often supporting difficulties linked to disrupted sense of self, relational challenges, trust issues, hypervigilance, and feelings of powerlessness, loneliness, and abandonment, as well as anxiety and depression.
With a strong academic background, including training at Royal Holloway and the Anna Freud Centre, and extensive NHS experience as a senior psychotherapist and supervisor, she offers a compassionate, thoughtful, and highly skilled space for healing.
Craig Tantrum
Specialist EDMR therapist
Craig is the most experienced member of the Kove trauma team, with over 25 years of clinical experience supporting people with trauma, complex PTSD, attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. He is an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner specialising in Attachment-Informed EMDR, alongside advanced approaches for complex trauma, dissociation, and longstanding emotional difficulties.
Craig is also a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and integrates CBT, schema-informed therapy, imagery rescripting, chair work, and ego state approaches to provide highly personalised treatment. His calm, compassionate, and collaborative style helps clients feel safe while working through difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable.
Having worked across NHS mental health services since 1988, Craig has held specialist clinical, supervisory, and leadership roles within multidisciplinary teams. He remains committed to ongoing professional development and is passionate about helping clients process trauma, strengthen relationships, and achieve lasting emotional recovery.
Sophie Travis
Specialist Adult EMDR Therapist
Sophie is a Senior Psychotherapist and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, with specialist training in the treatment of complex trauma, PTSD, and the impact of early attachment experiences. She works extensively with clients experiencing relational difficulties, problems with trust and self-esteem, and challenges around hypervigilance, dissociation, and low mood.
Her integrative, evidence-based approach offers a supportive and attuned space to make sense of difficult experiences and move towards greater safety and connection. Alongside her psychotherapy practice, Sophie continues to deepen her knowledge through advanced training in trauma-focused and attachment-informed approaches.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth and a Master’s in Psychotherapy from the University of Nottingham, and is a Senior Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Kesta Desmond
Specialist Adult EMDR Therapist
Kesta is a warm and trusted expert in the field of trauma treatment. With a passion for improving well-being, Kesta specialises in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) – a powerful therapy that treats trauma and related conditions at the emotional and subconscious levels; accessing areas of the mind that talk therapy is often unable to reach.
Beyond basic EMDR training, Kesta is further certified in expert EMDR methods – namely in attachment-based EMDR, in which she trained alongside World-leading expert Laurell Purnell. These further methods help with the resolution of difficulties rooted in dysfunctional key relationships in early childhood. Furthermore, the latest emerging breakthroughs in clinical treatment of trauma exist in the integration of ‘Internal Family Systems’ theory within EMDR therapy. This treatment allows the different psychological parts and ego states that exist within us all, to become active parts of a more rounded EMDR treatment. Kesta utilises these latest ideas in her work routinely.
Kesta holds a Psychology degree from the University of Birmingham and professionally trained at King’s College London, earning a postgraduate distinction. Since 2010, Kesta has gained extensive experience in various mental health settings, including the Maudsley Hospital and specialist adult mental health and trauma teams in London. Latterly operating privately and joining Kove in 2022.
Committed to continual improvement, Kesta has completed advanced trainings in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and EMDR at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience. Known for a friendly, collaborative, and non-judgemental approach, Kesta ensures clients feel supported and understood, with the goal of helping clients gain new perspectives and make truly meaningful life changes.
Felix Boardman

Meet Felix, a dedicated therapist with a warm, holistic, and modern approach to mental health. Felix’s passion for therapy began in his teenage years, driven by a desire to support loved ones through difficult experiences. This early motivation led him to pursue a first-class honours degree in psychology from the University of Bristol.
Felix’s diverse experience includes working with TellMi, a digital peer support app for young people aged 11–25, serving as a cognitive rehabilitation assistant at Brain Injury Specialist Services (BISS), and teaching sports resilience classes. These roles have underscored the importance of support, whether directly with individuals, through digital platforms, or by raising awareness.

Dr Elise Draper

Dr. Elise Draper is a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to holistic and compassionate mental health care, centred around the client’s needs.
Working in the Autism, ADHD, and Neurodevelopmental Conditions service at Kove, Elise takes a real interest in understanding client’s unique developmental journeys, life experiences, and emotional well-being. Her warm, detailed conversations ensure a thorough diagnostic process, providing invaluable insights for accurate assessments.
Elise also offers psychological therapy and works in a collaborative and client focused way, understanding the importance of providing a compassionate and containing space for the people she works with. Elise uses an integrated approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic and systemic theories, tailored to each individual’s needs.
Elise completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Univeristy College London and has over ten years experience working in mental health services in the NHS, specialising in working with clients with complex difficulties and working with clients across the life-span.
Elise believes in providing clients with a non-judgemental space to work on the areas of their lives that are proving challenging and to empower clients to draw on their strengths, in order to move their lives forward in the direction that they wish to.

Meet Sophie, an Assistant Psychologist at Kove Minds, who is passionate about supporting mental health and wellbeing. Sophie graduated with a First-class BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
Sophie has diverse experience with both children and adults. She was the director of a community garden project in Bulwell, Nottingham, where she worked with children to teach them about healthy eating and mental wellness thought gardening sessions and cooking classes. She also has valuable experience working with adults with brain injuries, focusing on patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to rehabilitation.
